  Except Windows, Can I run Web Link Robot on other Operating Systems?

Web Link Robot runs on Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2003. It can also run on Mac as long as users use other third party software to emulate Windows on Mac, i.e. VMWare (check http://www.vmware.com for details).

  Is it compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7?

Windows Vista and Windows 7 Users need run the software as "admin". Click Here for details.

 Why do I need to login to my account to use Web Link Robot?

To use Web Link Robot, users need to login to their account first. This is a security measure that helps protecting the software's copyright. When it is running, the software verifies users account information at random time intervals, if it finds the user's account is not valid, it will disable the key functions.

  Can I use my Web Link Robot on different computers?

Web Link Robot can be installed on different computers, however, one account only allows one login from one computer . If an user has to use it on different computers with the same account, then the user will have to wait for several hours.

  Is there a step-by-step instruction of how to start submission?

  Does it post to Web 2.0 sites using other languages except English?

I do not know. We develop and test it using English, but never checked it for other languages (too many languages and too much work). So, for some sites, i.e. blogger, if you use our software for French version blogger, it may not work very well.

  Do I need change Internet Explorer's settings?

Yes. In order to make Web Link Robot run successfully, users need change below settings in Internet Explorer:

• In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, click the Security tab. Select "Internet" in "Select a zone...". Click Custom Level and scroll down about half way to "Display mixed content" in the Miscellaneous section. Change it from Prompt to Enable. Click OK.
  
  
• In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, click General tab.  click on Settings button in Browsing history section. Click on "Every time I visit the webpage" radio button. Click OK.
  
  
• In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, select Advanced tab. Scroll down, and make sure that both of these options are checked: Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable Script Debugging (Other). Then, click OK.

  Does it work if the web 2.0 site has captcha image?

Yes, it works. Web Link Robot uses a private Image Recognition Service to solve this problem. The monthly subscription users will have certain credits added to their accounts each month. The credits can be rolled up to 6 months and the credits are not refundable and transferrable. For more details, check Here

  Are there any suggestions for running Web Link Robot?
