On some sites, the site will be created automatically
after registration. They use input in Creator Info tab.
On some sites, users need select category for the site.
Usually, web 2.0 sites have some rules for site name and site
url. For example, it should not have any space " " in blog url. Please check
Site Notes for details. Without following these rules,
the new blog/site will not be created successfully.
